BRAKES
Benzmobility only uses genuine, factory Mercedes-Benz brake pads and rotors for quality performance and longevity. We also inspect your entire brake system during scheduled maintenance and repair service. We keep our prices low while providing genuine parts and proper break-in procedure.
Some customers request after-market parts, which we can provide if requested.

WARNING LIGHT DIAGNOSIS
We utilize the Mercedes SDS Diagnosis computer, complete with DAS, Wiss, and Xentry, using up-to-date software for properly diagnosing your entire Mercedes on-board diagnosis system.

AFTER-MARKET ACCESSORIES
We install accessories such as trailer hitches, running boards, and other add-on equipment.
If it is audio/video gadgets that you are interested in, we can refer you to a reputable, trusted vendor that is also mobile, certified and well-versed in high-line vehicles.

TROUBLESHOOTING / HELP CALLS AND TEXTS
Nothing beats having an experienced mechanic on call to assist you with running complaints. When you call your Benzmobility mechanic you will receive objective advice and referral for your best course of action to correct the problem.
Please have your VIN number ready and take photos of any dash warning lights or visible concerns on your vehicle when you make your call or send your text. Most calls and texts are answered between jobs on the same business day.
